    Clinical Outreach Coordinator 


    DBT Works has a mission to provide the highest quality dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) services and increase access to those services in our community. We are a compassionate, energetic, and supportive team looking for a passionate and motivated outreach professional to join us. 


    The clinical outreach coordinator position is a full-time, benefits-eligible, remote position with regular local travel and occasional in-person meetings at our office in Concord, MA. The clinical outreach coordinator will be the primary point of contact for all potential referral sources and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to increase client volume and enhance program visibility and reputation. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with referral sources and collaborating with clinical staff to ensure alignment between business development efforts and clinical operations.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare business development, preferably in behavioral health 

    • Access to operational and insured vehicle

    • Must be willing to learn about DBT 


    Competencies:

    • Marketing: The Clinical Outreach Coordinator should have a strong understanding of marketing principles and be able to develop and execute marketing campaigns that reach the target audience.

    • Professionalism: Represents the organization in a professional manner and upholds clinic mission and values.

    • Data analysis: The Clinical Outreach Coordinator should be able to collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make informed decisions about future marketing initiatives.

    • Creativity: The Clinical Outreach Coordinator should be able to come up with creative ideas for marketing campaigns.

    • Independence: Ability to work independently 


    About the Role:

    • Oversee all sales, marketing, and outreach efforts

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to increase client volume

    • Meet monthly targets for number of new intake appointments scheduled and attended

    • Develop and manage recruitment resources

    • Conduct outreach visits to local hospitals, practices, offices, schools, and advocacy organizations

    • Establish and maintain relationships with local healthcare professionals, agencies, and advocacy groups to promote program awareness

    • Ensure timely input and accuracy of information into CRM

    • Monitor efficacy of marketing approach and adjust as needed

    • Participate in networking events and conferences to build the program’s reputation, increase visibility in the community, and drive business development.

    • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential referral sources and payers to promote the center's services and create lasting relationships.

    • Submit timely CRM data, expense reports, strategic sales plans strategic sales plan updates.

    • Develop and executive social media and online content strategy 

    • Track and analyze marketing performance

    The day program is an intensive psychiatric day program for clients ages 15-25. The program runs from Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm and clients attend for 4-8 weeks. Our program is “all DBT all the time” and we treat clients with high levels of emotional sensitivity and dysregulation.

    Position: Assistant Director (Day Program)

    Reports to: Clinical Director

    Qualifications:

    • Licensed

    • Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a relevant field

    • Prior experience with full-model, adherent DBT (at least two years)

    • Comprehensive DBT training

    Competencies:

    • Ability to conceptualize cases, plan treatment, implement interventions, and supervise clinicians from a DBT perspective.

    • Demonstrates use of evidence-based practices based on the client population and goals.

    • Incorporates DBT skills and knowledge into practice.

    • Seeks and incorporates feedback.

    • Provides constructive feedback to help clinical staff achieve their goals and to facilitate their growth and development.

    • Represents the organization in a professional manner and upholds clinic mission and values.

    About the Role:

    • Work with clinical director to run the intensive day program, managing a milieu of up to 12 patients and a staff of therapists and milieu staff.

    • Supervise day program clinician(s).

    • Provide high quality services to adolescents, young adults, and families using DBT.

    • Serve as primary therapist in the intensive day program (provide individual therapy, family therapy, parent coaching sessions; lead groups).

    • Coordinate team coverage needs and admissions. Support other administrative tasks essential to program funcitoning.

    • Complete all required documentation in a timely manner consistent with state and accreditation requirements.

    • Participate in monthly tape/adherence review.

    • Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team, seek consultation and supervision as necessary.

    • Uphold DBT principles and strategies, consultation agreements, and staff and client assumptions in interactions with clients and the team.     • Contribute to an environment where staff want to work and clients want to receive treatment.

    • Must be willing to learn adherent DBT
